Recuperaciones Limatex, belonging to Grupo Limatex Europe, is the specialised department in charge of the cleaning, rebuilding and replacement of particulate filters, catalytic converters and CRS for light vehicles, trucks, vans, agricultural and construction machinery.
The plant, located in the Aimayr Industrial Estate in San Martin de la Vega (Madrid) together with the rest of the Group’s facilities, has the most advanced machinery on the market, of the latest generation and of American origin, offering a high degree of customer satisfaction and a high performance of the reconditioned parts.
Recuperaciones Limatex, a pioneering company in cleaning and reconstruction systems, uses highly qualified equipment designed to carry out regeneration quickly and efficiently removing accumulated soot and oil residues from the catalytic converter, particle filter and SRC.
The processes use pneumatic cleaning systems and thermal cleaning (pyrolysis system) avoiding the risk of damaging the filter element. This cleaning guarantees a 99% recovery of the efficiency of the vehicle’s catalytic system and the catalytic converter can be delivered to the customer in perfect condition and with a 2-year guarantee. Without this process, unique and exclusive in the sector, the cleaning would not be complete and would be only 40%.
Recuperaciones Limatex is a leader in delivery times and efficient solutions as the warehouse has a large stock of catalytic converters for spare parts and replacement of damaged catalytic converters. The replacement or cleaning is carried out in a maximum of 48 hours in response to market requirements.
